Professional: Change Hair Color

Step 1

Open the picture and go to Pen Tool and draw. After that, create new layer then click at Paint Bucket Tool to color. See the below tutorials:


Note: You can color the hair what color you want.

Step 2

Change the mode Normal to Overlay. Opacity 40% to 50%..Depend in your original photo color.

Step 3

Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur..Setup 50 pixels
