Step 1

Firstly open your image, and see the bad area at your skin. After that, go to Healing Tool like a below photo:

then click Alt+ click at your mouse at the best skin area you like. The function is like you copy and paste the best area and click again to bad or acne area. Choose the small brush to make a good quality

Step 2

After that, Select Lasso Tool


to choose at the eyes area, just click Alt and drag your mouse the eye area.

Step 3

Setup to 5px

Step 6

Then, right click choose Layer Via Copy and you can see your layer like this:

Go to Filter> Noise> Median...then setup to 2px and OK
