Step 1

Firstly you must find blood photo. Like this:

Step 2

Open the picture. Crop a blood using a Polygonal Lasso Tool.

Step 3

Cut (Ctrl + X) and Paste (Ctrl+ V) at Lady Gaga layer. Then re-size the blood. Just press Ctrl + T.

Step 4

Maybe you can add more blood effects or another effects. Like this:

Using Rectangular Marquee Tool, crop the accident effects photo. Same step like step 3.

Step 6

At the same layer change mode to Multiply.

Step 7

At the same layer, go to Image > Adjustment > Brightness /Contrast

Step 8

Then click at Eraser Tool, choose a soft brush. Depends your photo size and resolution. For this photo, I choose 100 px soft brush.

After retouched..

Step 9

For the blood layer, go to Image > Adjustment > Brightness/Contrast.

Step 10

At the same layer, Go to Image > Adjustment > Vibrance. Finish.

Find from Google Images bodybuilder photos. Like this.

Then crop the part of body. Then copy and paste at Beckham layer. Like this:

Change mode to Multiple and adjust the size (Edit > Transform > Warp)

Repeat the step 1-3 for another part of body:

Change the part of body from Multiply to Soft Light.

Using a soft eraser size 65% remove the color line. See this:

Merge down Layer 2 and 1. Right click > merge down

Change the Layer 1 mode to Highlight.

Go to Image > Adjustment > Vibrance. Finish.

You can download from Google Images (search: Ghost Costume)

Step 2

Cut the ghost image using Lasso Tool. Ctrl + X and Paste (Ctrl + V) at your image.

Step 3

Re size the ghost photo. Just press Ctrl + T, then Enter.

Step 4

Find the smoke image from Google Images. Repeat the same step (Step 1-3) and add smoke image like this:

At smoke layer, change mode from Normal to Screen.

Step 6

Click at Ghost Layer, Go to Filter > Stylize > Glowing Edges.

Step 7

At the same layer, Click at Smudge Tool and choose the size 65 px soft.

Step 8

Drag it at ghost body. Like this:

And you can see like this:

Merge down the layer. Click at Smoke Layer > right click choose Merge Down.

You must change mode Layer after merge down is Screen and the opacity to 30%. Finish...

Open the picture. Then you can download this fat guy photo and open it.

Step 2

Then, using a Pen Tool, draw Cristiano Ronaldo face.

Step 3

After finish you draw the Cristiano Ronaldo face, press Ctrl + Enter. You can see like this:

Press Ctrl + X (cut) and Paste at Fat guy layer. Then, press Ctrl + T for re-size the Cristiano Ronaldo photo then Enter.

Step 5

Click at Eraser Tool choose a soft eraser size 100, 200, or 300 px. Depends your photo size.

Touch up at Cristiano Ronaldo neck. Simple. And you can see like this:

Then, Go to Image > Adjustment > Brightness/ contrast.

Lastly, Go to Image > Adjustment > Vibrance
